The Talent Centre will provide you with an opportunity to get into recruitment!
You will attend an Assessment Centre, especially designed to identify an upcoming recruiter. We will then market you to our prestigious recruitment agency client base, and on placing you into your dream job, we will provide you with a 2 day comprehensive training program so you hit the ground running as a recruiter!
Our next Assessment in Sydney is 26 August 2010.
To register you will have a background in:
- Corporate sales of ie banking products, media sales, IT products - working B2B rather than in retail or the consumer market; or
- You may be a resourcer wanting more training to get you to that next level - ie a new business development consultant; or
- You may have some recruitment experience, but want to consolidate your knowledge with the support of a thorough training program.
You will need to demonstrate the following:
- Degree qualification is preferred but not necessary - we are looking for people that can show achievement, that you have completed tasks or challenges either in work or outside of work; and
- We are looking for long tenure in your employment; and
- You must be able to demonstrate you have a genuine interest in getting into recruitment; and
- You must be able to show you thrive in a competitive, sales environment and are persistent and tenacious;
- And a working right in Australia is mandatory.
