Search

In many cases our clients ask us to perform search assignments as we are one of the few rec2recs who can comprehensively market map and deliver a thorough, successful executive search process.

Examples of these assignments to date include working with overseas companies to identify Country Managers for their Australian business/office openings, often without the assistance of any advertising to make more of a surprise appearance in our market!

Others assignments include working with listed organisations to hire Senior Management, from IT to industrial specialists (again without the assistance of advertising), as well as filling roles for clients at management level such as CEO, COO, State Manager, “Head of”, Branch Manager and affiliated titles.

Unique Offerings

Due to the depth of our recruitment experience we have been able to develop unique rec2rec services that help our clients find the right talent and often lead to financial cost savings. These include:

  • Headhunting fees for candidate introductions, as well as when a candidate name is supplied by the client and that candidate is successful within a competitive recruitment process; and
  • Not working in “conflict” with a client who wants to advertise directly. We see this as an opportunity to truly partner with our client, and we reward our client for working with us in this manner. If used exclusively we will utilise different candidate sourcing methods to complement the client’s direct advertising, and pass on a fee reduction!

On-Boarding

This is a unique service that our clients genuinely value. At month 2 of your placement’s tenure with you, we will ask to conduct a face to face review with both yourself and the placement, running through as many as 20 retention actions to ensure both you and the placement are enjoying your working relationship.

Fees

Our fees start as low as 12% and go to 25% for search assignments. We also offer a discount for placements not guaranteed – many of our clients who have worked with us since our inception trust our judgment and are confident our hire will be an asset to their business – this initiative can result in considerable savings. We also offer discounts for temp to perm conversions.

The Talent Centre

We are pleased to be launching a new recruitment service – The Talent Centre – which will help to bridge the talent gap in the recruitment market. The Talent Centre will focus on attracting B2B sales professionals into the recruitment industry. We have developed a Recruitment Consultant Assessment Centre, which will be run monthly, initially in Sydney, and later in both Sydney and Melbourne. Through networking, advertising, attending careers expos etc, we will invite other industry sales professionals to attend our assessments. Over a 4 hour period, they will partake in a series of sales related exercises, from personal presentations to the group, to CV selection against positions, ad chasing and cold calling. In time, a new tool to predict sales acumen will also be added to the assessment process. Clients are invited to attend and observe.

Candidates will then be interviewed by us and the “stars” will be identified to you. Once hired, we will provide them with a comprehensive 2 day induction training course on end to end recruitment. The recruitment industry is larger than the current number of people within it – The Talent Centre is our first initiative to try and close the gap between demand and supply.

This offering will be provided with the assistance of two recruitment experts, one who has aided in the design and will help facilitate the Assessment Centres, the other an RSCA endorsed trainer, who has tailored an industry recognised course, to the needs of The Talent Centre.
